Normal delivery times and charges

To the United Kingdom

Delivery is £3.95 to the UK.

We now work on a '7-10 working day' rule for items in stock ordered Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. (*Excludes Subscription orders), however some items are posted out much more quickly!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that this does not take into account any current localised issues. For all areas and all order types, please allow up to the maximum of 28 days for delivery.


To the EUROPEAN UNION

Orders are posted & packaged same time as above, but normally take up to 10 - 15 working days to be delivered, depending upon destination.


To the WORLD (inc. USA)

Orders are posted Standard AirMail and should arrive within 15 - 20 working days, subject to postal conditions.

Delivery of the above items is usually made within 14 days to European countries and 28 days for other countries, but please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas. Due to high cost of international postage and in, some cases, customs costs, some products are available for despatch to UK-based customers only. Validation on whether we are able to deliver to your selected country will be completed on the checkout page as will any postage charges that need to be applied to your order. Customs charges such as Import VAT and Customs Duty may also be applied to your order by your local post office or agency.
